Sayeh Nikpay

Sayeh Nikpay is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Her dissertation was on heterogeneous effects of health insurance tax subsidies on self-employment for people with pre-existing conditions. Her other research interests include the effect of cancer screenings on mortality and the effect of health insurance reform on insurance markets. PhD in Health Policy with a concentration in Economics, University of Michigan, 2014. M.P.H., University of Michigan. B.A (Biology), Macalester College. Dr. Nikpay was a Staff Economist at the Council of Economic Advisers from 2010-2011.
